We are Aarav and Priya.
Our love story didn’t start with a dramatic proposal or a sudden spark in college. It began in a simple, traditional way — through our families.

At first, we both were nervous. Two strangers, trying to understand if this one conversation could change our lives. Our first call was short… polite words, formal tone. But something inside told us — talk again. So we did.

Slowly those short calls became long conversations. We started with “How was your day?” and ended with “I don’t want to cut the call.” We laughed… shared our fears about marriage… told each other our small dreams. Aarav loved how Priya always cared for everyone. Priya admired Aarav’s honest and calm nature.

We had not met yet, but somewhere deep inside, we were already connected.

The First Meeting

When we met for the first time, everything felt surprisingly comfortable. No awkward silences… just genuine smiles. Aarav noticed Priya’s shy laugh. Priya noticed how Aarav held the door for everyone, without showing attitude. That day, something settled in our hearts — maybe this is it… maybe this is the person.

Our families were happy. We said yes.
And suddenly life changed — now we were not “I” anymore, we were becoming “We.”

The Wedding Preparations

Like every Indian wedding… chaos began!
Shopping lists, matching outfits, relatives giving expert advice, emotions everywhere…

Priya had tears while choosing her lehenga — “I can’t believe I’m getting married.”
Aarav kept practicing how to tie his safa properly so he wouldn’t look funny.

Sometimes we were super excited, sometimes scared… thinking about new responsibilities, a new family, a new life.

But every time stress came, one call from each other was enough to bring peace again.

Our Haldi & Sangeet

Haldi was messy, crazy, full of laughter.
Our cousins didn’t apply haldi — they attacked us with it!
But those yellow-stained clothes hold memories we will cherish forever.

Sangeet night was not about perfect steps — it was about our families becoming one.
When we danced together, Priya holding Aarav’s hand tightly… we realized, this bond is growing stronger every moment.

The Wedding Day – A Day We Will Never Forget

Priya was getting ready surrounded by her sisters, while trying to hide her nervousness behind her smile. Aarav kept checking his phone — waiting for just one picture of Priya.

When Priya entered the mandap, Aarav forgot the world.
And Priya… she only looked at him.

In that moment, we didn’t see decorations, lights, or people.
We only saw each other — the person who would walk with us for a lifetime.

While taking the pheras, we promised:

• to stand by each other in every happiness and every pain
• to celebrate small joys and face tough days together
• to grow old still holding hands the same way

When Aarav applied sindoor on Priya’s forehead, tears rolled down her eyes — happy tears, emotional tears… the “my life is changing forever” tears.

And with blessings, smiles, and a heart full of love…
